I need a set of 8-10 lug adaptors for my 04 F350 dually

I have an 04 F350 dually that im looking to put my 22s 0n with a 35x12.75 tire on it. Im new to lifting Fords and am looking for the shortest lift to accomplish this while having the best ride possible. Let me know what yall think. Thanks

Just got an 04 35 lariat crew cab and I would like to update the interior to a black leater or King Ranch interior with center console from an 08 and up truck. Preferably with heated seats. Any help finding this would be greatly apreciated. Thanks
