mine is doing it at the seam on the passenger side rear door right in the middle. just noticed it about 4 months ago. 08 CC SB w/ 96K Miles job 1. unreal. my 03 never did that.

new gears aren't cheap.. in the same breath, neither is a rebuilt tranny.. i run 37's on 3.73's but don't tow but maybe 10 times a year... usually around 5K lbs... but sometimes around 11K lbs. no issues with my 37's. just run a low HP tune with firm shifts. IDP tow w/ firm shifts FTW zero...

92K now.. been deleted since 60K ... zero issues other than the weak ass OEM degas bottle cap. got a new Stant cap, zero issues. Knock on wood!

Matt, any chance u can write me a dyno lock tune ? I want to get some real results out of ur hot street tune.

i didn't think about that.. but now that i'm thinking about that, i remember my IDP tunes have the tranny options to choose a dyno lock tune.. i just wanted to run it on the tune i run everyday driving..

I wasn't the one in the drivers seat... It was the guy froms the dyno thing... I'm at Rudy's diesel day in NC ... The guy said he even tried it at higher speeds like 85ish ... But he didn't load it very much... He just loaded it a little and then straight to the floor... Maybe that's why?

I don't have the race tune... But I just got off the dyno and my truck kept down shifting... Wouldn't hold OD on the dyno.... Matt tweaked my trans tune a few months ago, not sure if that has anything to do with it... My truck holds OD on the street... But with the down shift max hp was...
