Another look- This set we incorporated an EGR delete with wastegate into the up-pipe and just flanged the gate directly to rid all gaskets except for the triangle gaskets at the turbo inlet. In testing we found this to be nearly as bulletproof as it could get when paired with the gate outlet...

Thanks bubba. We never stretched bolts, never lucky enough to just throw a set of bolts in. Ran into a lot of problems with the thin wall 16ga piping expanding beyond the ball and socket joint causing the up pipe length to essentially shrink and no longer seal on the ball and socket. We really...
