01 f250 wheels on a 05 f250

Hey there , new to this forum,
I have a 05 f250 4wd and I found these after market wheels 315/75/16 moto metal wheel off a 2001 f250 would these fit my 05 ?

Is it because the difference in back spacing? 01 had leafs and I'm coil?

no. a 16" rim will not clear the brake calipers
