Had a buddy looking... Will check with him in the AM and see if he still needs one. Do you know if this one worked or not? He's having no contact through Snap On scanner or IDS

Did he need one still? This came off a stolen recovery truck. I bought it as a rolling chassis. It should be in working condition. If he pays for shipping I can send it to him. If it works then we can work something out. If it doesn't then I'd say just send it back and then let me know if this one is also bad or if he had another issue.
