06 Ford f350 hard start cold

Just a note , I've been having a hard start cold situation, and cleaning some corrosion from plug going to ficm seems to have cured the problem. When I scanned truck all seemed well except voltage to ficm was low 10.5 output was good 48v. Plug is first one between driver side batt and firewall. Hope this helps someone.
