07 Analog to Digital AC Conversion

Trying to get some detailed information on this swap. I have spoke with a couple different people and cannot get a good answer on what all is required. I have also done numerous searches to try and find information on this topic. I have a dash, harness, fuse panel, etc. out of a same year King ranch and want to swap out my XL dash. I am hearing I have everything I need except the Blend Door Actuator from one person and then another guy is telling me I need to change the engine harness. Anybody can shed some light on this?
