08 6.4 engine parts

I have an 08 6.4 194k miles I am parting out.
The engine had a knock I don't have it fully taken down to find the problem one rocker arm was missing a plastic retainer.
Stock turbos in good condition very little shaft play
Intercooler
Radiator
Injectors
Intake
Trans cooler
Fuel cooler
Stock exhaust
Will have
The heads off of it this coming weekend 1/25-26
Not looking to make a killing just get fair market value out of this stuff make an offer may consider trade for some performance 7.3 parts hpop, injectors.. Will take PayPal or credit card with 3% fee.

Well the heads and cam are spoken for at the moment and I haven't had a chance to get the engine pulled down to sell any part of the bottom end and feel decent about it being good. If you want it as is let me know.

For what it's worth the motor comes down tomorrow around noon central time. At that point the heads go to the machine shop Monday to be checked for cracks if its clean they will have a new owner that's already got Dibbs on them. And the rest of the motor should be pulled down tomorrow afternoon. Basicly as a short block or short block with heads(no cam as is condition is really only on the table for about 18 hrs.

Just to give everyone an update heads are off but that is about all I got done do to snow and only getting 3 hrs to work on it this weekend.
Currently the bottom end looks good but haven't pulled the engine yet. Pistons all look good and cylinder walls look good can still see cross hatching on them. Appears to have an issue in the back passenger side cylinder. Some more carbon build up on piston and head compared to the other cylinders.

The pistons appear to all be in good shape.

Update!
Spun multiple main bearings. All the rods bearings were okay cam bearings were okay. So I'm not sure how far the mains can be cut and run oversize bearings so if someone wants to make an offer on it let me know otherwise its going to make a coffee table. If anyone knows what the mains are stock I can measure them and see how bad there out. Same way with the crank.
