I've got a 2006 king ranch fx4 and want to switch to 08 + style mirrors. What I need to know is what mirrors my pickup would have had from the factory. I ask because the mirrors I have now are from a lower package(maybe a xlt). 1Aauto has 08 mirrors that have
1.Power adjustment
2.Heat
3.Turn signal
Just wanting to know if these are options my pickup would have had originally, if so the 1Aauto mirrors would be a direct fit.

Any help will be great, thanks

Forrest.

Are your mirrors full manual? I believe (but may be wrong) that the earlier year mirrors without the extra power features had a different plug. But the 1A mirrors would be easy to hard wire except running clearance light wires

Yea well when you buy from a1 they come with the plug you need. You don't have to hard wire anything...just pick the mirrors with the same options you have now....power, heat, lights so on...

If you match up the features that you have to the features of the tow mirrors that we carry, they would be a direct plug and play replacement. You wouldn't need to hard wire anything, as long as you currently have all of the features that you matching the tow mirrors too.

Hope this helps.

Tony, I haven't looked so maybe this is a dumb question, but do you guys offer an 08+ style mirror for an 06 SD that has the power extend and power fold? Granted I'd have to supply power source and the right switch. But is it an option?
