What code nozzle? Newer 99 03 nozzels were like 135 140 cc putting it at 27lpm. Older nozzles were only like 90 making them 18 lmp at 100% . I dont know if this helps.

All 7.3 nozzles from '94.5 - '03 were the same.
Nozzles don't alter cc ratings with these injectors.

Sorry Mike, I don't have an exact answer for you. I have flowed some 80% nozzles that were very close to 27 lpm nozzles, though, if that helps.

My bad. I have done more reading and believe I understand. Would it be fair to say mathematically speaking that if a 80% flows 27 then a 100% could be near 32.4? I am sure there are variables that would have to be considered but as for a reference.

Your math is bad. If its an "80%" injector it flows 180% of stock... so a 100% injector needs to flow 200% of stock.... that puts it at 30 lpm. I don't know what that size tip flows in air flow.... in fluid flow I am pretty sure it is 2.105 kg/min or pretty close to that based on the info I have handy....

I see. I figured 20% of the total 180%. Instead of finding the original to begin with. Thanks.

I don't see how this can be answered.

what media is being put through the nozzle...and under what pressure?

I think Dennis (Stricly) had the answer to this question once upon a time Mike, have you asked him?

Dave,

My injector builder told me my nozzles flowed 46-47lpm before he built them. They came from David at DI...

They were flowed at a nameless place in Monroe, Washington.

I would assume that 47lpm is in air, not liquid? How is this test done?

I've been asked this question on another forum, and I honestly dont have the slightest clue how to answer the question...
