I've got a 1997 F350. Its a crew cab long bed. The BTS transmission was installed last November at Brian's shop in Lead Hill, AR. I bought this truck completely stock and it had a miss. I put Full Force injectors in it and that fixed the miss. While I was doing that I replaced both injector wiring harnesses. It's got 37" Yokohama Geolanders with 18" Pro Comp wheels. It's got a rough riding 4" Rough Country lift. Napa 6637 air filter with a home made intake. 3'' downpipe to a 4'' exhaust with no restrictions. This truck has no cat or muffler. A TS 6 position chip helps the truck go down the road. For the 17 years olds... yes it "rolls coal." The body is a 7.5/10 and the interior is a 8/10. I like to undersell the condition so you're not disappointed. The truck has 268K miles on it. It still runs great. No check engine lights. As far as replacing parts, I've put new brakes on it and a new master cylinder in the last month. I replaced the glow plug relay last November. I also had the AC recharged yesterday so it's blowing cold air again.
I'm asking $15,500 for this truck. If you don't think it's worth that then hit the back button. If you think its got too many miles then hit the back button. I bought this truck completely stock so I can tell you every modification that's been done. I don't care what you paid for yours this is what I'm wanting for mine.
This truck is in very nice condition given the miles and how old the truck is. It is daily driven. It starts every morning. The ac is working great now.
If I keep this truck, which is probably what will happens, my plans are to replace the seats with Harley Davidson Super Duty seats. I would also like to put a better HPOP on it. Right now its got the stock one. I will also have the headliner fixed. its got some bad spots. Mechanically this truck is sound. Cosmetically there are some things that could be made better.
