1997 F350 P0306 code!!

The other day my 1997 F350 had like no power all of a sudden. I was driving at 50 mph and went to accelerate. Nothing. I had it floored for at least 5 seconds. The engine didn't rev RPMs didn't increase no speed increase. Nothing at all. Then after probably 7 seconds of it being floored it revved and sped up. It has had a loss of power for awhile but I have only noticed it when towing up a bit of an incline. Not a lot of weight in the trailer and not a huge incline. I checked codes when I got home and it had the P0306 code. I know it can mean a few things wrong with the #6 cylinder. Low pressure to glow plug problems all the way to injector problems and leaky boost problems. With what I described can anyone PLEASE tell me what is going on. Thank you in advance for the help.
