I think these will fit 7.3 and 6.4 but I'll have to check. Good for trucks decked out with electronics or plow trucks. Pretty much whatever.

When installing one of these is there any else that needs to be upgraded...
like larger battery cables or a larger cable from the alt to the battery?

Upgraded cables is recommended but not needed.

Theres no part number on these. If you contact singer alternators, you tell them what model you need it for and you get a price. All their alternators are built to order, no part numbers that i know of.
