2002 7.3 running off left bank only

Replaced passenger side head gasket truck ran fine for two days come out the third day started let it run for 10min or so made it a 1/4 of a mile and it started running off the left bank (driver side). Engine light is on have yet to scan it though. I'm thinking it's the valve cover harness.

Just removed the valve cover on the passenger side, an there is foamy looking stuff an water in there!? Pulled oil dip stick an the oil looks fine.

If it's not the UVCH as already suggested could be a bad IDM

Have you recently washed your motor or driven through heavy snow/went mudding?

I'm sure the reason it isn't running of that side is because the harness because the water an foamy substance is causing bad connection but I'm curious of what is causing the foaming stuff

Might want to pressure test your coolant system and make sure everything is in check if it is milky and foamy under the valve cover.
