Arp's and stock or the new gaskets from river city. It really depends on what your goal is? I did pushrods and valve springs on mine just for peace of mind

Arp's or elite's and stock ford gaskets, you can only get the ford hg's in a kit with the stock head bolts iirc they are about 175 per side. Lots of companies sell kits with studs and gaskets cheaper than buying the arp studs and gaskets from ford. Use caution as lots of these are not ford gaskets like they claim, usually they are victor reinz gaskets, and there are mixed reviews on them. I have no personal experience with the vr ones but a shop close to me says to stay away from them. I have done 3 sets with ford gaskets and have had no problems 2 with arp's and 1 with elite studs.

OEM gaskets are even cheaper than that. Can be had for around 135 per side
