2003 6.0 no boost no power

2003 f250 has had turbo replaced by ford so it is no longer the early 03 turbo, noticed on recent trip truck had no power. Got home hooked up to scanner and truck occasionally makes no power or boost on startup. Last night it fired up made max 5psi until operating temps and the jumped up to 20-22psi and ran fine. Stopped and fuel up and truck stayed at operating temp, got back in to drive home and wouldn't make over 3psi truck slowed down trying to pull slight hill. It is throwing a p0132b code which I see may be maf maybe. Any insight?

Plugged map hose, ***ked up vgt pigtail, plugged air filter. Does it still have the 03 motor/calibration? If it does not, check ebp psi koeo vs map and baro. Check the map koeo anyways too. The wiring for the vgt can have the insulation eaten away from oil and what not and be shorting together.
