Hello, Been a while since I posted anything, but I am currently working on an '03 6.0 that has a no hot restart issue.
Truck has:
-New HPOP (Less than 10,000 miles ago)
-New IPR (Less than 10,000 miles ago)
-New ICP (Less than 10,000 miles ago)
-New FICM (Less than 10,000 miles ago)
-Newer reman injectors (Less than 20,000 miles ago)
Long story short, I tested the HPO system and could not locate any leaks, system was tested cold as it is an '03 and has the crossover tube on the intake manifold making it almost impossible to reach with the turbo and intake manifold in place. I am planning on resealing the entire HPO system as the truck has 207,xxx miles on it and is probably due time.
Looking for ideas as to what it could be, or any thing else I should replace while I am this deep into it. I am about to place an order with sunrise ford for the following parts:
-Pump o-ring kit
-Cover seal
-O-rings for hpop tube
-Oil cooler kit
Are there any seals on the oil rail that sits on top of the injectors that can be replaced? Waiting on a buddy to return from vacation so we can plug it into AE. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
