Have a 2003 f250 with 6.0 78,000 miles replaced head gaskets back in december, replaced 3 injectors at that time for running rough. Now it in the shop for a vibration, could not pick up a misfire with IDS. Found the crankcase way overfull. I drained out about 28 qts. Run the fuel pump with the plug out and has diesel dripping out. Removed all the glow plugs and inspected each cylinder seem to be dry. Where else can the fuel be coming from, was figuring that an injector was leaking, but does not seem to be the case(inspecting with borescope). HELP Lucky it didn't runaway.

pull the valve covers and run the fuel pump and look around each injector, see if the body is leaking

put some dye in the fuel and idle it in the dark with no valvecovers and use a blacklight to see where the fuel is coming from. Are they stock injectors? I bet there is a tear in an oring around the outside of one of the injectors or when they were torqued down properly. There is a chance one of them backed out a little bit
