Fuel gauge is not reading correctly on my CCSB 2003 7.3. It had messed up in the past and fixed itself for a little while. I just did the harpoon and hutch mod in hopes I could play around with the resistor and fix it. Mods went well but no dice on the resistor. My tank is about empty but fuel gauge reads over a 1/2 tank. I found the Motorcraft part# PS126 for around $351 shipped but I'd like to see if any of you have fixed it for less? Also, can I use a gas one and just replace the resistor? Thanks for the help!!
