2005 6.0 egt temp question

I have a 2005 f250 sb 6.0 w 110k just got it back from ford had it studed, egr delete, gauges and every thing else done to it that they do wen they do that job, I have 4" tb and I don't have my sct plugged in what's an average drivin temp for egts??

I see 7-800 cruising at 70.
