2005 miss and idles rough after filter install??

ok just added some archoil 9100 to my oil today, drove around 150 miles, ran fine, I added some rotella 5w40 synthetic oil last oil change but used napa filters. well ordered new oem ford oil and fuel filters and installed them, I let the pump run 2-3 cycles to fill the bowl up and it cranked fine. then it started acting like it was gonna die, I cut it off, cycled pump few more times and now it idles rough and has a miss. I can believe this happened and I just swapped filters. I did all this to take care of my injectors, also no codes. any ideas? or should I run it around a bit?

ficm is showing 1 on sync and 48.5 volts running. icp and ipr numbers look normal.
