If putting 11-16 box in a 05-07 truck you need both steering shaft pieces, the firewall boot, and the bolts for the box you’re using. You’ll also need to drill the frame out for the larger bolts. Some 08 trucks have a splined box but still a 2 piece shaft. On those you only need to change the lower part of the shaft. 99-04 trucks need same parts as the 05-07 but if keeping the leaf spring suspension I’m not sure what people are using for the taper difference on the newer pitman arms.
