2014 *** temp sensors

I have a fleet of 2014 f350 diesels and a few have thrown codes for the temp sensors showing all three at the same time, i usually find the fuses blown but this one doesn't, its been really cold up in north Dakota and thought it was freezing condisation from idling but it was 25 degrees today and drove the pickup 60+ miles at 70mph and nothing changed, my question is do i change the temp sencors or can i test first and whats the volttage its to be at thanks

They are a known problem and should have extended warranty coverage from ford
