2015 turbo swap

I was wondering what all hardware is needed to do a 15 swap on a 2012? I can get a turbo locally and I didn't know what all was involved in the swap

one exhaust manifold, 2 up pipes, upper hard and plastic plenum, compressor boot, oil line, coolant line, downpipe.

Talk with Mike at No Limit performance or Morgan at Midwest Auto and Diesel. They are pretty much the creators of the 2015 swap. Should have some sweet set ups.

Oh and it sounds like you also need a bit of tuning
