A friend of mine is having turbo issues with his 7.3 and is debating stock or 38r for the replacement. He isn't looking to go with different injectors but a little more punch would be nice. He tows a lot with the truck. My question is, for reliability reasons, is there any reason he shouldn't do the 38r? Thanks!

I say H2E because there is always something that comes up....injectors or something like that. I know you said he won't do them but who knows....if he does he will have a great turbo that's upgradeable. I'm running stock sticks with an H2E with zero issues. Heavy towing as well. The boost to back pressure ratio can't be beat as well!!
