Hey I have an 03 CCSB F250 6.0 that will not engage in 4x4. I don't have factory hubs I have warn manual locking hubs. A few months ago it was working perfectly fine in the snow but I tried it when I had a gooseneck on yesterday when I most needed it but it wouldn't engage. Both 4 high and 4 low lights came on however...any ideas?

I wish I just had a floor shifter..I didnt know if it could be the switch or the gear motor on the transfer case thats supposed to engage it

Isn't there a way to engage the transfer case manually under the truck when the motor goes out? Seems like I've heard that before.

I don't belive there is a way to manually engage it.. That elec motor has a lot of torque to move stuff around in the t-case... There no levers on the outside to move stuff around...

lol..it might be stuck.. if you hear it clicking then its trying to turn but its not letting it.. so you might just have to pull it out and manually switch it then put it back in and see if that fixed it..i have a 08 and my t-case motor went out and it made no sound at all.. and its still broke.. dont really feel like getting screwed over by the dealership with the cost of the part..

so I think it is 1 of my hubs, when I put it in 2 wheel drive the driveshaft will spin in 4 wheel drive it will not spin so it is engaged there. However whenever it is in 2 wheel drive and I lock both of my hubs the driver side u joint will not spin so is engaged but the passenger side spins so that hub is not engaged. But I don't know if 1 hub not being engaged will make it not work altogether?
