6.0 miss at idle, puff of smoke

just had my motor rebuilt due to shavings caused by international not polishing the side of crankshaft. new almost everything including main wire harness. I reinstalled my injectors and should of had them gone through but didn't like an idiot. they r 175/75 warrens with about 5k on them. I have a miss at idle up to 1400 rpm. smooths out after that. no codes and passed bubble test. is this pointing more towards injectors?
