havent got time to mess with it much just did a few quick tests. got one that was running perfect and just died. no codes either. fuel bowl is full, ficm sync is good, crank sensor ok, ficm volts seem good on the scanner, not sure what it is with a voltmeter tho, but what caught my eye was that desired icp and actual icp goes to like 1200 or so while cranking. ipr percent was around 15% i believe. dont those numbers seem a little high?

Do you see smoke from pipes? What rpm are you cranking at?

Go through the "troubleshooting no start" sticky at the top of this forum. Some of those may help you to start with.

The computer will ramp up the icp to get the truck to start. As stated above see what icp says with key on engine off. It should be zero. If you have a bad icp it will tell the computer that you have 1200 icp when you could have less than 500icp. Causing a no start. Or if you do have that much icp your injectors are not firing or have no fuel to them.
