6.0 Powerstroke fuel leak

I got a 6.0 it has has a fuel leak at the back of the engine. It looks like it is next to the turbo on the drivers side. It also has issues running when first starting up it runs good, then when I rev it up it runs horible then I noticed the fuel leak dripping on the floor. How hard are the fuel line to replace on the back of the engine Im new to the 6.0

Unless the truck has a regulated return there are no fuel lines at the back of the heads. Are you by chance seeing coolant from the egr couple hose? It is in the valley right in front of the turbo. Check which color it is. The new ones are blue. If it has an orange one it is more than likely your leak.

Check your fuel filter housing too, ive seen where they get overtightened and crack on the sides. just throwing that out there. good luck bud

It is a stock truck. Just had a fuel pump put on it. I will have to look at it tomorrow.

I check the fuel bowl out earlier today, the fuel bowl was empty. When I turn the key the fuel bowl fills up with fuel, it drains down when it is when the key is off. This is a 03 6.0 powerstroke

Sounds like a cracked fuel line or loose banjo bolt. Or the fuel psi gskt is pooring fuel out

When I rev it over 2000 rpm It drips fuel out the back of the engine. Is there banjo bolts in the back of the heads?

Yeah there is one on each yeah. The up pipes sit right over them.
