6.0 wierd high idle with 6 speed

my 05 has a weird idle after it is warm. when I come to a stop, the idle jumps from 720 to 860. if I turn the wheel it puts a load on the motor and it drops the rpm back down. but as soon as I pull the clutch out in gear it jumps back up. no codes and it gets really annoying! have 175/75 injectors, new IPR, ICP, n ebp sensors. I'm lost n changing tunes doesn't help. here is a YouTube link. any ideas?

Does it haze at all like unburnt fuel? my dually does this exact same thing with 190/75 warren injectors. Talked to a few people and we have come to the determination that pintle pressure isnt set correctly and its leaking fuel into the cylinders. if i turn my fuel pressure regulator down to 45 it will drop my idle to normal. at 65 psi it idles at around 900

6 speeds hunt for idle with bigger nozzles injectors. No load and over fueling art idle cause this.

OK ya I'm running a stock turbo n stock fuel but getting RR installed soon. so there is not way to get the idle right? it mainly does it once it reaches operating temperature and have also noticed in my lower gears the pedel is extremely sensitive.
