6.0l random running bad then no start

This Monday I thought my fuel jelled up on me, sputtered and surged on me and would run good. Put fuel conditioner in it and been running fine till today. I had a random no start then finally got it started made my way home and went to back up truck shut off and now it just cranks I have code p2290. Which is injector control pressure and I think cylinder number 4 contribution code or somthing. This is all random it has been running really good.

The truck has studs I did not do them though. I bought it that way so I don't know if the dummy plugs and what not are taken care of.
