6.4 issue need help.

08 f250 6.4 will start and run for 2 to 5 sec then die. Does it about 4 or 5 times then will run fine. Tried disconnecting batteries and retuning. I have SCT liveWire and GearHead tunes. All the bad stuff deleted and Aftermarket S&B intake and CAC pipe. AirDog 150 low side. Every bypass kit u can get and a GoGo in tranny. Only thing different sense it started happening is a Viper auto start installed. Any ideas what the problem could be?

Is there any codes?

remove the viper system and see what gives.

Typical SCT codes the u's but a new u2023 only difference. It's at the shop now. No telling what that will cost me. Truck runs normal when finally starts.
