Inside the high pressure turbo, there are three bolts that thread directly into the center section. They seem to be what the VGT ring slides on. Can anyone advise where I can source new ones?

If there is markings on the bolts you could always go to a hardware/fastner store and get them matched up.
Or just pick up some stainless bolts that match.

They look like it in the picture. A good fastner store should have what's needed.
If not, grind or belt sand the heads down to match.
Another way would be to check with a sponsor on here. Like KC Turbos. They might have something as well.
