What is the labor to swap heads on a 6.7 that's been de le ted? Just wondering I have a 2010 build 2011 F250 with over 200000 miles, so I wonder is it better to swap the heads now before the exhaust valves crack and break?

its worth the work imo. Not a huge deal, i would say about four hours a side if you have prepped heads ready to swap. would be easiest with the cab up.

When swapping heads, can the push rods and rocker arms just be pulled out and marked in order, then swap the heads, then put back in the exact order? Or is there more to it then that. I've done quite a bit but never swapped heads.
Also 8 hrs including removing glow plugs, both fuel rails, all fuel lines, fuel injectors, turbo, exhaust manifolds, upper intake, ccv, probably both batteries, drain the primary coolant, AND then reinstall it all with new gaskets and the proper toque specs seems a bit fast for me. I'd take like 2 full days at least. If you can do it that fast then damn.
What would be a reasonable amount of hours to pay a company?
Someone's selling new OEM Ford heads on ebay for like $1250.
