7.3 Liter Question

Just purchased an 02 7.3 L F250 2wd. Total stock,148K miles pulled a 5th wheel camper. Engine fells like it is choking a bit. has random short rough idle spots. any pointers?

sounds like the cam sensor... more info on what it does/when it does it, might help though

At take off seem like motor working hard. Once up to speed seems fine

Was the engine good and warm when it would idle rough?? Like did it do it when you came to a stop after a long pull????

Put a 6637 air filter on it.. Might help a lot..

Kinda the obvious, but when was the last time the oil and filter and fuel filter changed? Cheap Place to start if it has been a while, or it is unknown when the last service was.

What I was thinking.. That why I asked if it does it after ahard pull are after being drove and then come to a stop...
