7.3 smokes when coasting

97 7.3 5 spd smokes a bit of blue. cold start/hot start no smoke. if i drive it like a normal person would it doesnt puff except when coasting. if i accel hard it puffs a cloud then clears up. it really only smokes blue when i run it hardish. i also noticed where the exhaust housing meets the bushing cartridge small wet spots of oil. im thinking turbo seals. any thoughts?

Mine was doing that ended up rebuilding the turbo.
