Not trying to be rude, but what makes this truck worth 5k? I guess it is somewhat unique. Personally I would put a Cummins in it, clean it up, make it road worthy and sell it for more then 5k.

absolutely nothing

Have you ever owned one? For a ford enthusiast that loves the older 70's trucks room for friends and a chassis that can handle a diesel conversion. This is it. Really was just hoping for offers, but you have to list a price.

I was going to say...for a dentside lover, it's an awesome find. Im not a huge fan of that body but I can sre tons of cokl potential. 12v swap, keeping power very mild, 5 speed swap, 19.5's all around, lowered a tad, painted, interior redo, maybe a 2011 rear fender on there...be a slick ride.

((wow)) you don't see that everyday, and if that is a true f350 the holes are there in the frame to put a front rear in it. I have a 1972 same deal 2wd cc f350, everything was there to put a dana 60 in the front. took like a day to do. But the 1977 is a good year to!

A couple years ago I paid $800 for a pristine '72 complete crew cab. That's just the cab, and I figured I got a deal. $5K sounds a bit steep to me, even if it's cancer free, but to the right buyer it might be worth it. Properly restoring stuff that old gets real expensive, real quick, so paying a little more up front is totally worth it for a properly done restoration job.

I've bought 4 dentside trucks in the last few years - all supercabs. The crew cabs are a bit harder to find and do command a bit more money. This truck looks pretty solid and an awesome starting point for a project. Alas - I'm not looking for another one. Good luck with the sale!

FWIW - if someone wanted to take this truck and put it onto a late model chassis - they would really have something awesome. Use an 2005 and up Superduty chassis, 4 link the front end, and put a solid common rail based power plant under the hood and figure out how to install a King Ranch interior..... Oh yeah she would be bad. :D
