96 7.3 randomly dies

96 7.3 cclb 4x4 auto. Truck was running ts6 with custom tunes by Cale from tyrant diesel. Chip has ran great for 2 yrs. A few days ago truck just died going down the road, and started again on its own. It will run 30 to 45 sec then die. Unplug chip and truck runs fine. I do have a slow fuel leak in the valley. Trying to figure out why I can't run my chip now.
