Condition? It new? Have o-rings?

Condition is used. O-Rings would be used too, so you won't want those. I can supply new O-rings with it for $10 (full set, top and bottom). It's actually still installed on the engine and I have not taken any pictures of it yet. Looks like the one in the picture + 20k miles of engine grime build-up. I will probably clean it in our solvent tank before it gets shipped to anyone though.
