Bought a house, selling this to buy junk to fill it with. The truck started as a 5.4 auto, I swapped it in March of last year and it has been my DD ever since. Has 30,000 miles on the swap with no issues. This isnt some hacked together mess, no buttons and switches crap to make it run. Key in and go, like stock. Underhood is as stock as I could make it, all electrical connections are soldered and use the stock fuses. This is the most reliable truck I've owned.

99 F250 Regular Cab Long Bed XL 2wd
230,000 ish miles
12v
5 speed NV4500
3.31 gears with limited slip diff
2 wheel ABS

Manual windows and locks, no cruise, no tilt column, vinyl seat, rubber floor, damn cold A/C

Interior is in excellent shape, all the gauges work as they should, no dash light on, the only exception is the tach reads within 500rpm depending on its mood. I got rather pissed at the junk cup holder and removed it, a nice black plate covers the hole and has a PTO throttle control in it. I can install a cup holder back in if you want the crappy thing.

Body is fair, pretty much every panel has a dent, its a work truck and it shows. Has an aftermarket hitch on the rear, drawtite I believe. NO RUST, the truck spent its whole life in TN. Bed and tailgate show they work truck life....they show it well.

With stock timing and the gears, it gets 20 mpg with me driving 80mph everywhere. I have been too lazy to mess with it to get more. One thing to note is with the gears, this truck will tow but the spacing is WIDE between holes.

ENGINE
1993 12v from a FORD F600 or something of that type, says Ford on the data tag.
Has an 11mm P3000 pump with 4K springs, zero plate, fully modded AFC
PacBrake 60# valve springs on all valves
Has a bus manifold (3rd gen type) with a CAT c7 turbo, 57/65___0.65 A/R
Full 4" exhaus with muffler
Head, rocker cover, front and rear main seals, exhaust, intakes, oil pan, front cover, and accessory drive were all replaced on install.
Dynos at 250/550 to the wheels

Being a medium duty engine is has the cool parts, like coated pistons and a bolt on cam gear, all OEM.

It has no block heater, I have an intake grid heater installed but not wired in as it doesnt get cold enough here to need it. I can throw that on if the buyer is up north and need it.

TRANSMISSION

Round top NV4500
Stock clutch, newish on install

DRIVETRAIN

Sterling 10.25 rear
FORD 3.31 gear
FORD limited slip
Steering is rather good for a truck with the miles it has. very little play.

MISC
New left front brake caliper
New master cylinder
If I get time I am going to turn the rotors and throw some new pads on it. Not completely needed but it could use it.
two new motocraft batteries installed in December
New AFE dry flow and prefilter

just out of curiousity, what kind of mpg's are you seeing with that setup?

im very interested in the truck, would make a kickass hotshot rig

It swings between 18 and 22. It would make a good hot shot truck if you swapped it to a 10 speed or added a splitter box.
