A/C making noise!!

Ok guys, first if this is the wrong spot sorry....but here wats going on...when I turn my a/c on the highest setting it's making kinda a flapping noise at the passenger foot well...if I turn it down to a lower setting no noise...if I turn it on and off the highest setting a few times sometimes it will go away....I'm not sure wats going on, almost sounds like there's something stuck in there....anyone got some tips to fix this? Or can someone tell me how to get behind the dash....

probably a rats nest or something in the blower wheel, pull out the blower motor and clean it

^^^ That the first thing I would do, if that looks good then replace the blower motor.

a piece of paper...a leaf... just sounds like it needs cleaned

yea im thinkin the same thing, just not sure on how to do that....It sounds like something is stuck up there...but not sure how to clean it....i need to know how to get behind the dash...or can i do it from under the hood?

I never ventured into mine.... I would guess look from the passenger side floor board, and possibly remove the glove box for access......

yea i tried to look under there...but cant seem to find anything...
