Been having a/c problems lately. It blows and turns on fine but doesn't cycle cold air. I've pulled all the old freon and moisture out and recharged the system with new freon. Everything under the hood works like it should. We've checked the condensor, checked for leaks. Seems to be a problem where it passes thru the firewall and to the vents. As if one of the doors is not opening. I've searched on here and wasnt able to find much. any suggestions?

Sounds like you need to pull the back half f the box apart in the cab, and check the blend door. Be sure to check the vacuum line on the valve over the passenger valve cover. I know you said everything under the hood was proper, but just in case.....

Is your liquid like sweating like it should? What is the low side and high side PSI when the compressor is running? If its 28-32 low / 175-200 then I'd be looking inside the cab for a blend door problem.

also check the vacuum pump, and there is alsa a sensor that I had to change on mine.. it would only blow on low and never on max... changed it out and it was fine... it looks like a resistor and it took about 10 mins to change... I cant think of the name now to save my life though
