A little advice needed

I have an 06 F20 that is getting a new oil cooler, coolant filter, stand pipes, dummy plugs, STC fitting and blue spring upgrade. It's time for an oil change also so I was wondering if I should do all the work and then drain/change oil and filters or drain the oil and then do the work. I'm new to this but feel like I have enough mechanical ability to do the work myself, just need a little advice from those who know more. Any other advice/tips anyone may have would also be much appreciated.

Might as well drain it, do the work and fill with fresh oil... no reason not to.

Drain at the same time. Also, if you're in that far and going with a new oil cooler, be sure to look into my Delta kit. Nows the time to upgrade for sure since you're in there. And why not knock that spread down to zero
