AC controls backlight

I dont know if this is the right section but the back light on my fan knob went out how do i replace the bulb? I tried messing with it but can't seem to figure it out.

Also my remote for the keyless entry stopped working this morning. I replaced the battery in the remote and still nothing. Is there a fuse for it?
