Annoying Rattle

Around 2300 RPM my truck has a buzzing/rattling noise coming from what seems to be the headliner but could be anywhere in the back seat. I'm almost certain it's coming from inside the cab but not 100%. Anybody have a clue what's making this terribly obnoxious noise?
