Buddy calls me says his truck was running then heard "ka tink ka tink" and then stopped running. When he cranks it up now he said " when it gets going it sounds nasty". I haven't looked at it yet.

Well when he said ka tink ka tink I took it as metal sound. So I immediately thought it must be the muffler bearings. But I had him check them and they look brand new.

It's between the canned first gear and third gear, on the shelf underneath the sky hooks and road hammers.
