bad lope while idle

my budy has a 03 ex and it lopes horribly at idle and in neutral any ideas why? has 190/75s with a 58v ficm if that matters and Vivian tuning and it throws a low icp at idle also sry if I forgot anything its late but that should be a good start

That could be the problem. Their injectors are junk (or used to be)! I had a friend who had the valve covers off his truck around a dozen times before he got sick and tired of it and sold it..

^agreed, industrial injection knows nothing about powerstrokes. still though, try running with the icp sensor unplugged.
