had my 6.0 snap a belt the other day at kartek, towed it home and had it delivered to ORW to change the belt, now i never done this on my 6.0 but there telling me radiator hoses and all this stuff has to come off to get to the belt, now for future reasons, whats the best way to change a belt on a 6.0??

and how often to they snap?? cause to me it looked like someone had cut it from the bottom

The best way is to do it yourself. It's not that hard so it sounds like they got a tech needing a boat payment. Better look over the pulleys and the area to see if there's something not aligned correctly.

ened up being the tension-er pulley came apart thus snapping the belt

I just pop the plastic extension off the top of the passanger side of the fan shroud. You can reach the tensioner easy and you dont have to pull any hoses.
