What are the best conditions for this test? A certain MPH, or driving under heavy throttle for a period of time? I couldn't really find an answer on this. I thought I heard maybe 65 mph but Im not sure about conditions.

Thanks,

Ford has a spec I have read it before and even scolded ford for not obiding By it when diagnosing My issue

when they did it by the book I received a new cooler /EGR /head gaskets under warranty LOL

I also had pictures of the CST speed and delta and while they couldn't use it for warranty submittal they knew good and well I was informed and not going away

but if you can get it up to temp and hit the freeway doing 65-75

for about 20 minutes that is where a split will show

Towing isn't part of the test

One more question. I see that Ford has an upgraded oil cooler. What is different about this one and is every new one they have going to be the upgraded one?

they claim it, but i dont believe it... the oil cooler was never at fault... it was just the trap for all the **** in the coolant to get caught in...

and engine should be op temp, straight road, steady throttle, 60 mph for at least 10 minutes.

Ya, egr delete and coolant filter. You would think with the filter, the heater core, and the oil cooler, that coolant should be squeaky clean!
