Blown turbo? Upgrade options?

So my buddy's truck, 2011 f-250's turbo let go. 68k on the ticker. Half throttle, normal day and then bang.

He wants to upgrade instead of going with factory turbo again. Who make a good kit that is need factory size and power wise?

Should he go larger?

I have a video and would like some one to verify that it is In fact the turbo. Cell is 706 496 63threezero

Been seeing a lot of MPD's kit and it looks phenomenal.

Hopefully some other people can chime in that have had the same issue and have upgraded.
